Swimming Conditions for Home Meets -No spectators or videotaping at all.
-Visiting Teams will have the entire bench on the far wall by the diving board for your team. We won't be putting out chairs in order to minimize possible exposure/contamination.
-No food on the deck at all, water is acceptable only.
-all swimmers must wear masks when not racing
-no swimmers can be at the shallow end of the pool except as counters for the 500 free (or 200 free if a counter is needed)
-Only the girls locker room will be open, and for use as a restroom only. That means all swimmers will not be able to change clothes before or after the meet. Vising coaches must monitor their own players during the meet to make sure that access is limited to emergencies only.
-Visiting team will get lanes 4,5,6, home team will get lanes 1,2,3
-relay teams cannot congregate behind the blocks during the race, but need to stage by the wall by the deep end to maintain social distancing.
-Visiting team can only stay on your side of the pool at all times and maintain social distancing and masked when not swimming. -only adults working at the meet will be allowed entry (timers as provided by SHHS)
-No physical contact between athletes, like high fives, national anthem traditions, etc can occur. Social distancing must bee observed at all times!
